ORGANICS CURBSIDE
COLLECTION SURVEY
North Grenville is seeking feedback from the community regarding an Organics Curbside Collection Program as an option to further reduce waste sent to landfills. The survey is available in paper form at the Municipal Centre, Public Library or the Oxford Mills Waste Transfer Station or you may complete it online at www.ngrecycles.ca. The deadline to complete the survey is May 31st, 2013.

Riverside Park
The Department of Parks, Recreation & Culture has issued a Request for Proposals for a Conceptual Plan for the Re-Development of Riverside Park. SWIMMING POOL ENCLOSURES
Swimming Pool Enclosures in North Grenville are regulated by By-Law 32-98, as amended. This includes all above-ground and in-ground pools. Copies of this by-law are available from the Building & Planning Office or the Municipal web site.
2013 BURN PERMITS
Residents are reminded that in accordance with By-Law 33-12, a Burn Permit is required to conduct open burning on property located outside of the urban area. Burn Permits for 2013 are available at the Municipal Office or at the Fire Hall at 259 County Rd. 44 for a fee of $15.00. Please contact the Fire Hall at 258-2438 Ext. 5 for conditions prior to burning.
