On behalf of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville and the Municipality of North Grenville, Egis
(formerly McIntosh Perry) would like to advise all stakeholders, emergency service providers, and
constituents that construction along County Road 43 between County Road 44 and Colonnade Drive in
Kemptville Ontario has been awarded to R.W. Tomlinson Ltd. and will begin on March 6th, 2024.
The County Road 43 Widening Project will be comprised of 3 construction seasons with an anticipated

entrance to Stinson/Kemptville Retirement Living; and a phased construction of a new 4 lane bridge across
Kemptville Creek. The project also includes the construction of 3.0 meter wide multi-use pathways complete
with controlled pedestrian crossings on both sides of County Road 43; new street and pedestrian lighting;
wetlands reconstruction and numerous landscape features.
The public is advised that there will be impacts to travel throughout the course of this Project including but
