Prior to three and a half years ago this studio was not much more than a crazy dream. Since that time we have continued to work tirelessly at providing this amazing community with a safe, welcoming and inclusive fitness facility that boasts only the highest quality equipment and the very finest standards of training.
During these past months we have built a solid and reputable foundation. Our client base and our online presence continue to grow. We have recently doubled our beautiful studio space to over 2000 square feet, added some awesome toys to our toy box, and now have a trifecta of highly educated, certified and experienced trainers.
