Seniors' Community Services delivers a range of community-based programs that support independent living for seniors and adults with physical disabilities. From transportation to medical appointments, shopping, errands, and social activities, to Meals on Wheels, professional foot care, and wellness supports, our services help people maintain their health, independence, and connections to the community. Through our Seniors Active Living Centre, we also offer social, fitness, educational, and recreational programs that promote active and engaged living.
